Нововолинську владу оштрафували за те, що приховує, кому роздали квартири
Виконавчий комітет Нововолинської міської ради оштрафували на 5100 грн за те, що не дає відповіді на запит про роздані протягом 2004-2015 років квартири.

Штраф наклала виконавча служба через те, що виконком проігнорував рішення суду дати відповідь, пише «Четверта влада».

Ще у листопаді 2015 року Анатолій Бідзюра написав запит на доступ до публічного інформації, зокрема – надання копій рішень виконавчого комітету Нововолинської міської ради про надання житла у м.Нововолинську протягом 2004-2015 років. Проте інформації не отримав і звернувся до суду.

Судові баталії тривали майже рік, і в листопаді 2016 року Львівський апеляційний адміністративний суд зобов’язав виконком Нововолинської міської ради повторно розглянути запит Бідзюри.

Проте постанова суду досі не виконана, відтак, виконавча служба оштрафувала владців.

«Шкода, що вся сума штрафу буде стягнута із нововолинських платників податків, які формують міський бюджет, а не із власної кишені міського голови. Чому ж Віктор Сапожніков так не бажає оприлюднювати інформацію, яка мала б бути у вільному доступі для всіх бажаючих на сторінках газети «Наше місто» та інтернет-сайті міської ради?» – пише Анатолій Бідзюра.
